Write your setups and their rules once. Every trade is checked against them, and your stats split into rules followed and rules broken. Tag the mistake on each trade (FOMO, revenge, moved stop) and see which one shows up most.

Upload a screenshot from your platform, check the filled-in trades, save. Scaling in and out is worked out from your fills. Then a short journal in three parts: premarket plan, trade review, post-session lesson. Forget a day, and you get a Discord or email reminder.

Yes. You set up each account with its own rules: daily and total drawdown, profit target, buffer, split, minimum days and consistency. If you can read your firm's rules, AlphaFlowDesk can track them. It handles evaluation, funded, live, own-money and sim accounts side by side.

R is a result measured in units of the risk you took. If you risked $200 and made $400, that's +2R. Expectancy is your average result per trade. If it's positive, you have an edge. AlphaFlowDesk shows both, in money and in R.
Only the accounts you share. Your coach sees those trades and journals, can comment on them, and you get notified. You can stop sharing an account or disconnect a coach at any time.
